If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order or ordered wrong size of Compression stockings you may return your UNUSED product within three (3) days from the date of delivery.

We offer no exchange before sending your product back to us; please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied. Diabetic socks, Leg ulcer kit, Lymphedema arm sleeves,customized products are Non-Returnable.

• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and not damaged
• The product must be returned complete of all the contents in the pack
• Product must be sent in its original packaging
• Should have a proper invoice.

On receipt of request, within 2 to 3 business days, we will intimate you via email or call for a reverse pick-up by our courier partner based on your location and our logistics partner availability. In some areas, where our logistic partners do not provide pick up facility, customer will have to courier the product to us.

Once the product is received by us in good condition, we will initiate replacement or refund process within 2-4 days to original source of account or cards. Bank details may require for COD orders.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be issued after deducting the COD handling fees.

Cancellation by customer :

You can cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched directly by informing our Care team through WhatsApp, email, or call.

After your order is dispatched and you wish to cancel the order, you can refuse to accept the order when the courier agent comes to deliver this to you.

If you have prepaid your order, we will refund the amount to you after deducting the payment gateway charges (typically 2%) if you cancel the order before it is dispatched.

If you cancel your order after it is dispatched then we will refund the amount after deducting the payment gateway charges (typically 2%) and courier charges (as per actuals depending on your location).

The refund will reflect in your account within 5-7 business working days depending on your bank’s processing time.

NON RETURNABLE PRODUCTS:

While non-returnable policies can sometimes inconvenience customers, they play a crucial role in upholding patient safety, maintaining product quality, complying with regulations.

There are few products are categorized as "Non Returnable" due to safety, hygiene and regulatory compliance.
